Vicente Guaman is the Founder and President of Guaman Enterprises Corp. He oversees the firm’s long-term corporate vision, financial governance, and strategic market expansion.

Mr. Guaman brings over 35 years of international industrial asset management and commercial infrastructure experience to the executive team. He leads corporate policy formulation, contract negotiation, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure full operational compliance.

He holds an Electromechanical Engineering background, a 3-year Electrical Technology diploma from the General Society of Mechanics & Tradesmen of NYC, By combining master-level technical field expertise with advanced corporate strategy, Mr. Guaman ensures the company delivers high-tier operational efficiency and builds sustainable industry partnerships.

Known for his flawless accuracy in site surveying and field measurements, Ramiro is a trusted partner for Italian manufacturers who rely on his data prior to fabrication. As a team leader, he combines meticulous attention to detail with the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

Rosalie holds an Accounting and Finance degree from Monroe College, is an active ALPFA member, and leverages her bilingual expertise (English/Spanish) to drive our corporate success.
