Project Details
The scope of work for the 663 project was completed by first implementing comprehensive site protection followed by the demolition, removal, and off-site disposal of existing fixtures. Structural work involved installing reinforcements for the cantilever shelves and adding new drywall to close existing niches, which included all necessary patching and sanding of holes. The electrical phase consisted of relamping both floors, replacing LED components as needed, adding new power outlets per the drawings, and installing back panels on existing shelving to conceal wiring. Finishing touches included painting metal shelves in a semi-glossy off-white and applying client-furnished RAL 9010 paint to the back walls and patched areas. The project concluded with the relocation of mirrors according to the floor plan, the installation of millwork, and the fitting of area carpets provided by client.
