The ceiling renovation involved replacing acoustic panels to repair damage and ensure a consistent finish throughout the space. The scope of work began with the demolition and removal of regular and perforated ceiling materials while carefully preserving the existing metal track. This was followed by the installation of both regular permanent ceiling sections and perforated drywall. To achieve a museum-quality aesthetic, the surfaces underwent a specialized Level 5 finish with multiple passes. The installation integrated an acoustic gypsum board system, utilizing perforated sheets, specialized joint filler, and dedicated installation kits. Logistics and site safety were managed through the use of fire-rated drywall, a large-capacity dumpster for debris, and the use of electric scissor lifts for overhead access. To safeguard the venue during the night-shift schedule, comprehensive floor and site protection was maintained throughout the duration of the project.
